I work for a production studio and we had recently purchased an RS2 to mainly use with a Canon C70. It was a joy to work with and still is one of the best gimbals I've used.

Recently, however, I've noticed that specifically the roll axis has some play in it when it's locked. It's led to the camera feeling unstable with a very subtle shaky effect in the footage. It can be eliminated in post, however I know that it isn't normal.

Has anyone else had this issue or experienced something similar to this in the past? I don't want to bring it in to DJI as that process is always longer than you want, but understand that it may be needed.
