Does anyone know wheather it is a functional or fault.
Can i make some check or labratory for repair?

No any know hit with it, it is brand new.

If it is only one side that is not lighting up., that is defective. There is no way to turn off only one side.

No error messages, there were initially the use of messages of gps calibration and rc that were handled and stopped.

That is a defect. I suggest you apply for replacement.

Yeah, that is definitely a manufacturing defect. Hopefully, you will get a replacement expeditiously.
