Fun question. So, when referring to a flock of those birds that contains multiple species do you say "flock of Kittiwakes, Herring Gulls, Lesser Black Backed Gulls, Great Black Backed Gulls......and certain musicians " or do you say "flock of Seagulls"? lol

No just a flock of gulls.   Gull is the species after all.
