Given the wording the article I am wondering if the authorities think it was something other than an errant hobby flier?

I wonder what can a drone do to a nuc plant actually? Can if carry an explosive charge and cause reactor melt down?

They're usually built to survive a much bigger impact that a drone can deliver.

Perhaps for strategic reasons, drone flight is prohibited, as they can accurately show the entry and exit points and vulnerabilities, as well as the amount and type of security of the place. Yeah, maybe or just a little paranoid.

Been spotted over 3 nuclear power plants. Large drones able to fly in strong winds, no hobby stuff.

The short article u linked absolutely does not say it is a large drone spotted over 3 plants...

Try reading it again - it does (although the other two plant reports are un-confirmed).

Oh, that is too bad.
Not sure what issues you are having, but I am very impressed by what it can do.
I had only planned on getting it for motion timelapses, but it turns out I can use the 'normal' stabilized footage as well.
I will also post a video soon of 'regular' footage shot with the P2 and it performed better than I was hoping for. (considering it is a tiny tiny camera with a tiny gimbal)
