My Air2s had a battery fail under warranty, so I went back to the store where I purchased it.

Instead of replacing the battery they took the whole drone package and gave me a new one.

I thought this was great untill I got it home and tried to use it.

The controller will not start the drone.

After days of frustration with my first one, not being able to get my phone to work with it and having to borrow my wifes phone when I want to fly  (here is a thread on this)

I now have this problem. It is going back to the shop tommorow for a full refund. My mental health is suffering. For the money spent I would expect better.

One very disapointed customer as I realy did have fun when using the old one.

How do I do that and why should I have to? When I buy a product it should work.
The old one flew from the box.
I could even fly it without a phone connected as I did for a few days trying to sort my phone issues

Have you repaired the controller -

That video might work if my phone would work with this.

I have tried linking controller using the three button method as described in the video. I got all the beeps and flashing lights as described in the video and it still does not work

As I said earlier, my first one worked straight from the box and I flew it a few times with no phone connected.

Return it then,  there is something not right with that one.

Hold them accountable to their product. They are very reliable. Just hang in there. They need to make it right. It's too cool a hobby.
