Advice about a GL300E wrong repair estimate and tip

Today, DJI in the Netherlands throught an official spanish repair reselling shop, sent us a wrong repair estimate that has nothing to do with the issue we sent them the RC for.

The out of warranty remote controller has got the common issue of low battery false alarm because of the bad CW2015 chip. We would accept a repair that means the entire mobo replacement because of this 1$ chip, but DJI has sent us a 295 euros repair estimate for changing the screen module, which was in perfect working condition when we sent them the RC for repair, as the rest of the RC except from the false alarm.

We are very disappointed about this estimate and about DJI repair service where you can't not track your own devices for maintenance & repair history. We have not kept a video recording of the RC working condition before we sent the RC for repair and we feel in DJI hands about this issue, since the official repair reseller shop has told us that DJI is not in the use of accepting repair disputes.

Do you know any electronics repair shop in Europe that replaces this commonplace CW2015 chip ? Thank you in advace for your response and beware:

I have had a bad experience with DJI repair center in the Netherlands with a GL300E RC and the dreaded low battery false alarm because of a fried CW2015 chip. First I was sent a 289,90 € "screen repair" bill that had nothing to do with the issue I sent the RC for. I suspect they looked into the screen software and found Amazon Marketplace & Litchi and then by some strange connection they felt it was right to charge me for a new screen, or something like that. When I disputed them the issue to be repaired, the second time they sent me a correct  "Remote Controller Main Board" diagnosis but they kept the 289,90 € repair price intact. I contacted them through a official repair center which initially estimated a 150 € repair. I feel victim of a scam attempt.

Of course I have sourced a second hand GL300F RC and I've asked for the return of my GL300E for an independent repair. I don't know why DJI Netherlands acts this way but I think DJI is charging the same price whatever the issue the GL300E comes with. I can only thank DJI for wasting my time.

The initial estimation about cost and time your official repair reseller gives is crucial for deciding between a repair or a second hand purchase as there are plenty of people who parted with his or her drone who still keeps a remote controller ready to sell. With this initial estimation your reseller gave me I made what seems a wrong decission of repairing with you the remote controller. It has been a complete waste of one month of precious time and about 60 euros of shipping

Also the fact that the wrong and the 2on. correct damage assesment has got the same price indicates that at least for this kind of remote controller, DJI is charging the same price whatever the issue the GL300E comes with, which is an information I wish I had before making that decision. I respect you and admire your products and I have purchased more than 2000 euros in DJI products but this has been definitively a bad experience.

The remote controller GL300E serial number 0BHJE8K0C40364 has been recalled without repair.

One is for Screen Module, 229.5 EUR in total, the other one is for Main Board, charged for 203.06EUR. The estimated price you got may ignore the service fee. Please kindly know that the price of repair parts may fluctuate due to production batches, production time, and suppliers, and the service fee is charged for built-in batteries. Either there has been a mistake or the repair reseller has tried to punish me for arguing with them over the first estimation, since I have been given the same price both times. They suggested me to accept the first one which both them and I known was obviously wrong.

the RC has been recalled without repair and frankly I don't care anymore, I have found a second hand one in very good condition
