If I was closer / had more time this month I'd look at the forecast and overnight at one of the premier inns (£43) there.  Some shots to be had at dawn that the press would love...hey ho! Think new customs regs  / covid storm.

The CV 19 regs in the UK, yes, eased...customs paperwork, that's here to stay (well with Brexit)...French requirements are different...maybe still more stringent?
I don't know anyone in Kent with a drone...
