I have a brand new  Mavic AIR 2, no kits.  Fresh out of the box, I am unable to get the battery to show any lights. Its seems to be dead.

The fastest way is to go on their support website, and chat with someone to troubleshoot

DOA battery new Mavic Air 2  I just unboxed it yesterday morning. I've let it charge for a minimum of 4-5 hrs twice.

May I ask did you use the original battery charger and cable to charge it? Please also check if the LEDs will turn on when it's charging. If not, please contact our support team through the link below for further assistance. Sorry again for the inconvenience caused. http://www.dji.com/support

Everything is straight from the box.  No lights at all.
