Hello,

I just bought my first DJI drone, the Air2s.  This thing is so much fun!  After realizing one battery was not enough, I went online and purchased a couple new batterys.  One is fine however, the other one doesn't do anything when plugged in nor does it show any lights when I press the button.  I've thrown the box away that it came in so I don't think I can try to return it to Walmart...I had gift cards to spend.

Is there anything I can do other than just throw it away?
