Had anyone successfully used Windows to calibrate the sensors using Assistant 2? I've tried Windows 11, 10 and 7 with no luck. It either never gives me the blue button to continue to calibrate, or i get the button and then it says can't detect the drones sensors..

Hello there. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. Kindly please try to calibrate the said DJI drone using a monitor display of 14 inches or bigger is recommended for the calibration. Please set the display’s resolution to the recommended default value. ( Usually, the 14-inch display’s resolution should be set at 1366*768 or 1440*900. The 17-inch display’s resolution: 1366*768 or 1280*720. The 19-inch display’s resolution: 1366*768 or 1440*900. The 22-inch display’s resolution: 1680*1050 or 1920*1080. The 24-inch display’s resolution: 1920*1080 or 1920*1200.) Thank you.

Thanks for your reply, unfortunately this does not solve the problem. I tried many combinations of resolutions on 2 different computers. I can get to the calibration screen 20% of the time (unsure why or how) but then the sensor status never changes from red and I often get a "connect flight controller" message, even though the remote is connected and powered on to my PC. Attached is the error. Other times the calibration screen is there but nothing is happening just the sensor status in red..

Hello there tikichomp. Thank you for the reply and for these given update. May we please know before experiencing this issue did the said DJI Drone had a hard landing or a crash that happened before? Thank you.

Hi, nope no hard landings whatsoever. I'm very careful with this done because it's super expensive..
