Is anyone else having the same issue? My Airsense was working fine before the updates. Now no alerts even when planes are close by. Tried reinstalling the Fly App and still nothing even though it's turned on in the Fly App.

Yep same here, since the update it is not persistent, i.e. it is not staying toggled on, as soon as you leave the Advanced Safety Settings the ADS-B setting toggles itself off.

Not a massive issue as I don't really use it as I can usually hear the aircraft well before. I will be contacting DJI Support to report the bug, as I am sure many already have, video of the issue is ready to send to them.

I dont know because I had a plane come way too close for comfort and no alert or warning. Checked the map too and no image. Like it wasn't there. He or she was flying very low and close to my drone location.

Clearly what they intended didn’t happen.
On the whole, they’ve really messed up the M3. They released it half baked. Then screwed up major features with the successive firmware releases. It’s almost like they don’t test it before releasing the firmware.

Look you said the last guy was high level. and while you had his ear did you not ask him about gps lock, or is that for higher level dji officers.

That would make sense, but how close is to close before you get advised? In some instances by the time I have figured out where the plane is coming from and getting the drone down to a safe height its almost passed me.

This feature either works or it doesn't.  DJI should make this work again as expected.

Totally agreed.  I shall.  I'm going to take the M3 out today and see if I get any ADS-B alerts. When flying at a local AMA field, I nearly almost always get mulitple hits per hour as planes tend to pass over at high altitude.

I can confirm as of yesterday, Airsense does not work for me at all.  M3 with latest firmware running DJI Fly 1.5.9 on iOS (iPad 5th gen).

I flew my Mini 2 with new app, and i noticed a plane near by and didnt got allert, so its not firmware issue but app issue.

Or else the plane didn’t have ADSB out.

Mine toggles off when you close the menu by tapping the back arrow on the screen. The only time it stays on is when you minimize the window by tapping on the left where you can see the video feed which minimizes the window. And even when it is on, I get no warnings as I'm within 4 miles of a small busy airport. Sometimes I get 2 or 3 planes within a mile of me and at low altitude say 1200ft and no warnings.

ScottTX on Mavic Pilots just put this up. Look at the navigation map. You can toggle Airsense sensitivity there.

Thanks. Already checked it out and sensitivity is set where it was when it was working. Still no alerts. Thanks for the help though.

I didn’t pay attention, since I don’t really cared much, but now that you mentioned it, I think I stopped seeing warnings and pictures after the Jan update, despite the numerous aircrafts passing nearby during my flights.Possibly has something to do with RC Pro being unaware of its own location due to the lack of WiFi or whatever.
Gosh, I wonder how much time DJI would need to fix all these issues.

Mine has pretty much stopped also. I am within 15 feet of my router, so wifi isn't a problem. There is a program called Radar Box that shows ALL manned flights worldwide.

Same here Suren, I have not seen it kick in since last update and I have had helicopters quite close, maybe not close enough to trigger Air sense after the new settings ? I though it was Ok as it was. Will check the mentioned sensetivity next time Iam out.

I have been doing some testing today after downgrading RC and Ac to previous firmware - .400 and it works now. So the issues started after the last update which points to a fault on Dji.
