I bought the Osmo 4 a while ago (6 months ago), and it was working perfectly on my Samsung s21. I stoped using the osmo 4 for about 3 or 4 weeks coz i´ve been bussy studying, however since a week ago i tried to use it again and everytime i try to open the app it doesnt work, in fact i cant even get in the app at all coz it closes by itself and appears a message saying that the app has an error and as long as Dji doesnt fix it, it wont work at all.

Hello there Christian. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. Kindly please try to uninstall and reinstall the DJI Mimo application from this DJI Link ( https://www.dji.com/downloads/djiapp/dji-mimo ) to see if the issue will still persist? In addition, kindly please save all important files before uninstalling the DJI Mimo application on your mobile device for you not to loose them. If the issue persist kindly please try using a different recommended mobile device for this DJI OM 4 recommended mobile device list ( https://dl.djicdn.com/downloads/ ... bility_List_en6.pdf )  for us to be able to isolate the said issue.
