Good morning,
As of about a week ago, when I click on the GO 4 app on my Samsung Galaxy 20+, it would say that there is a bug in the app. I tried restarting my phone, and reinstalling the app. Now whn I click the icon, the screen flashes and returns me to the home screen. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Doesn't work anymore. I uninstalled the app from the Google store in early May and downloaded the APK from DJI. That worked for a while, but today I wanted to fly and it doesn't work at all. With wifi it just crashes though I am close to a strong wifi signal, with 5g I get an error that "this app has a bug". The usual suspects (uninstall, reinstall a fresh download, erase cache and storage etc.) don't work. This is becoming highly annoying. I am flying with Litchi right now, but I expect the manufacturer software to work. I was about to pull the trigger on a Mavic 3, but when I noticed the problem today I put that on ice until DJI resolves the problem.
There are millions of other apps out there that do work, why can DJI not fix the software for a rather expensive piece of hardware?

The MIMO app has been updated to the latest version on our website, please download it from https://www.dji.com/downloads/djiapp/dji-mimo directly.
For DJI GO 4 app, you can click here to download the app.

I've installed the apk from the website and that worked for awhile but it's back to saying it has a bug and won't open. If the times it does work I'm not able to unlock for flight as when it's asking for the phone numbers to enter it just crashes.

Anche io ho lo stesso problema, e anche con la app dji go oer osmo mobile 2. In pratico ho due prodotti (mavic pro e osmo mobile 2) che non posso utilizzare. Ho provato a cambiare telefono con un xiami mi 11 lite ma anche con questo le app vanno in crash.

Is there a fix for the go 4 app nothing is working I have done every thing straight from the DJI web site like Uninstall / reinstall  the apk and it still don't work. I use mine for work and can't do so when the app don't work on my android note 20 ultra.

After hours of search i found the working version 4.3.48
Why isn´t this version on the webside. Till last week version 4.3.46 works on my S20ultra, and today as i wanted to fly it crashed immediately. Such a ... and wasted time.
Next week i want to fly in greenland, so i hope it still works...
I had that problem in january on the azores, and there without internet. That as funny, expensive holiday and then problems with a app.
DJI this is a worst support for users, you may work on it???

So how long are the engineers woeking to fix this now,its been for ever and we cannot use what we paid DJI a lot of money for.....

Great,we buy a 1500 Euro drone and the advice is use another phone...
