Hello everyone,

I tried using the mastershots feature, however everytime i clicked it, it told me it as unavailable in the mode I was flying, i tried changing the modes from C to N to S and neither of them allowed me to use the mastershot feature.

Am I missing something?

maybe you should change to 4k ?fps. This should help.

I am using the remote that comes with the cine model

Are there any other options that show the same error? Pano, Quickshots, etc? Or, is it only mastershots?

Is the software updated?

So first thing Mastershot symbol should turn yellow when you tap on it. You need to come out of explore mode by tapping first on binoculars.
I don't see binocular symbol but it should be there. The warning is basically telling you you need to be in full camera mode to use smartshots.
