Hello,

I am unable to download videos from my Mavic Cine to my iPhone via the DJI Fly app. I am able to connect to the drone, and i can see the videos i shot, however when i select download and tap it, the status circle never moves to completion.

Please advise.

Are you talking about files from the SSD or the micro SD card?
What format are the files and what is the file size?

I literally just watched a video about this on Youtube, and this guy has a fix.

No, these are not files from the SD card, they're from the 1TB drive on the drone itself. Not sure of the format... nor the size.. but its 4K about 14 seconds.

Thanks, I tried that too!! I disabled cell signal nothing.. then airplane mode.. and nothing..

Does DJI have an answer?

Try the fix the dude says in the video I linked.  Turn on airplane mode, make sure wifi is enabled.  Try again.

Dumb question, are you trying to use Bluetooth?

14 seconds of Prores in 4K would be about 1.3 GB.
Maybe your phone can't even handle those files.

Start small and see if you can transfer files from the SD card first.
Then try transferring Prores to a computer and see how that goes.

What was the quality of the video? It would take forever to download Apple prores over wireless connection.

Not using bluetooth and the files are not on an SD card.. benefit of the CINE version

I am using iPhone 12 with 300GB remaining in the memory.
