il est impossible de connecter l air unit sur DJI assistant FPV series et impossible de connecter avec la RC DJI ni le FPV. auriez vous une solution s'il vous plait ?

Hi, there. Sorry to hear about this. Please follow the instructions for DJI Assistant 2 (DJI FPV series). Connect the aircraft to the computer within 20 seconds after the aircraft has been powered on.
If the issue persists after the troubleshooting steps have been followed, please try to replace the USB cable, reinstall DJI Assistant 2 For Mavic or try using a different computer. If the issue persists after it has been determined that both the USB cable and DJI Assistant 2 (DJI FPV series) are working normally, please send the drone back for testing.

j'ai essayé avec différents câbles USB mais rien ne fonctionne, l'air unit n'est pas détecté par l'ordinateur, il est donc impossible de l'enregistré pour la garantie. auriez-vous une solution please?

bonjour, ca ne vient pas de mon ordinateur, j'ai un autre air unit sur un cinewhoop et il fonctionne très bien avec l'ordinateur, j'ai pu l'enregistrer. je pense que le problème vient de l'air unit.

bonjour, je viens d'envoyer une demande, l'unité aérienne a été acheté sur ali express dans  un pack RC + LUNETTES FPV V2, j'espère que il sera possible d'effectuer les réparations. merci beaucoup pour votre aide.

1 votre lipo doit être  chargé  à 100%
2 ne pas allumé  la radiocommande  pendant  la procédure
3 utiliser windows
