So I normally use my Samsung S6 to fly my Mavic Air. A couple of weeks ago I forgot to bring it. I figured no problem I have my S20 Plus. Nope it doen't work anymore. A few days ago there was an update, Still doesn't work. Same with the DJI MIMO. I always use MIMO with my S20 Plus for my Osmo 3. Maybe I should start a thread in that forum?  What happened?

Has this app been fixed for the samsung s20 yet?
I have tried everything the app still wont open on my s20 but does on my old oppo r15.

Can you give me any other way or a link to an older version of dji go 4 app thats compatable, along with a time frame when the s20 samsung will be compatiable with the new app?

Hello , i have same issue with S20 ultra. in middle of summer vacation dji go 4 app crashes with a bug statement.
tried reinstall, download apk from website, clear app, check permissions, tried everything without success.
pls advise.

I'm having the same problem after my S20 updated two days ago. 20/08/22 tried downloading from site and still the same Bug wait for fix I think. So are they working on a fix ? Thank you

Seems to be a wrong/inavailable namespace for the guideline class.

Please we need a check on this... Its not that easy to have a backup device for most of us...

What's the fix here? Downloaded the dji go 4 app for my Mavic Pro from the DJI website.  Still doesn't work on my Samsung galaxy 20FE. On vacation and would love to get some video. Any help is appreciated.

Hallo - Immer das gleiche Problem- App auf Handy gelöscht. Handy neu gestartet. App über Webseite und nicht Store geladen. Neu installiert... funktioniert immer noch nicht.

Wann gibt es eine Lösung ?

Version on your website doesn't work.. i got Android 12.

Other version of flight apps don't seem to work with DJI Mavic Pro.

2. Change the browser
3. Replace the device (for example, replace it with a laptop)

Exact same problem with Samsung S20 Ultra. I flew for the first couple of days on the field and the app completely stopped working.

Same issue. Have Samsung S20fe was working fine with dji go4.0.
Have downloaded and updated several times from official website, keep getting error msg that there is a bug and will not open.
How long do I wait before asking for full refund??
