I have finally seen improvement with how DJI handles customer service. I had to send my Mavic 3 Cine for repairs and I actually got a call from someone NOT in China explaining what the diagnosis was. Furthermore, the amount of time allotted to repair seems to have improved as well..

Generally a better experience.

Still hoping we get 2day free shipping, or overnight service.
