I have downloaded and installed Mavic 2 Enterprise Series V2.3.1.5 on my samsung s10 phone from this link [color=var(--yt-endpoint-color,var(--yt-spec-call-to-action))][url=]https://www.dji.com/downloads/products/mavic-2-enterprise[/url]. but still having the same error "this app has a bug etc." Anyone have an idea?

Hi the mavic 2 enterprise dosent use the fly app, its the dji Pilot app, you can get it from DJI downloads.

Joe, it seems there are other flyers with the same problem on the s10, have a look here.

On the website, Mavic 2 Enterprise Advanced: Pilot v2.3.1.5 is listed.
However, the download is then v2.5.1.3.
Is the website not updated?

Thanks for the reply.  But what will it help me if the app works on other phone in not on the s10?
What's most delusional is that until the last update everything worked without a problem!

Also encountered the problem that the app works on phones other than this model without any problems.

The problem only started after an update was made to the app.
This is a really serious problem and I can not get an appropriate answer from the support

Both DJI Go4 and Pilot say there is a bug and will not open on my Galaxy s10+ now? DJI mimo and Fly work fine. I have tried multiple time to load versions of the Pilot app. I have tried deleting all DJI files and reinstalling. No change. What can be done to get this working with my S10+ phone again?
