The mapbox on my p4 pro plus is blank. When i touch the maps icon on the attached screen nothing happens.

In addition, kindly please try to uninstall and reinstall the DJI Go 4 app on your mobile device to see if the issue persists. Please note that you need to sync first your flight records before uninstalling to avoid being deleted. Please keep us posted. Thank you for your valued support.
