I cannot find anything on this problem anywhere.

I just bought the DJI Pocket 2, and recorded an important video with it today, out walking with it in selfie mode. It records the video just fine, but the camera periodically vibrates up and down for no apparent reason, ruining the video. The vibration is barely noticable when out walking, but when I view the video it is unusable.

I cannot find any mention of this problem anywhere, and I going crazy trying to find out what the problem is so I can fix it. If it is a dud, I will send it back for a replacement immediately. I just need help in the mean time.

Hi, there. Sorry for the issue you've encountered. Could you tell me the firmware version of the Pocket 2? May I confirm your problem is that pocket 2 will vibrate up and down when you don't move but this issue isn't noticeable when you are walking? Looking forward to your reply.

I was able to fix the problem by using the DJI Pocket 2 calibration feature (Video here: https://youtu.be/yXFrbVBBxTw). I ran it 3 times, and it seemed to fix the issue. And whenever the issue has shown up again, I re-run the calibration. Thus far, this has remedied the issue.

Hi DJI community, hi DJI team,

I recently encounter an issue with my Osmo pocket 2 that I haven't before. When I switch on, it's vibrating a lot (sometimes stronger, sometimes less). Sometimes it stops to vibrate for a few seconds and then vibrate again. It's very annoying to use it with the vibration.

I have already tried several things, but with no success. I tried to reset to factory settings and also to do calibration feature (in the settings) several times, but still doesn't work. And when I connect to my phone, there's no notification about firmware update, it seems that everything is up to date :
Firmware 01.03.00.10
Camera firmware 0.00.00.01  01.30.54.86
Gimbal firmware 0.04.09.07  02.00.15.74
Control stick firmware 01.00.06.07
Handle firmware 01.00.12.15

Could someone please help me with that ? (I can't upload video here)

I accidentally dropped my Pocket 2 on concrete flooring. Since then, my Pocket 2 doesn't start on Seflie mode anymore. Worse, there are certain angles the camera just keep on vibrating, which results to a wavy footage. Is there still a chance that I can have it fixed? Thanks.
