Is it possible to make 360° panoramas (RAW + AEB) with DJI Pilot app and the zenmuse P1? (as can be done with Litchi + Mavic 2 pro)
Is it possible to create mapping survey missions over mountain terrain and take the ground heights differences into account? (As can be done with Map pilot Pro)
Is it possible to locally store satellite view of maps for using them in the field offline? (as can be done with Map Pilot Pro)

Pablo, there is a Tripod mode.  But there are many short comings for the P1 camera and DJI Pilot 2.  DJI has created a product that is not supported by any 3rd party app so doing any thing like Panos, is out of the question.  You would think that DJI would include the simple task of taking panos with the M300 and P1 camera but it is not.  That is often used in construction along with mapping.  You can not create a mission to fly to specific waypoints and take repeated photos (ie for repeated visits).  DJI has continued to promote "3 lens" for the P1.  There is only 1 (35mm)  almost 2 years later.  So false advertising on that.  The DJI Pilot 2 app could be great but it is not.  The P1 is a great camera but because it is not supported by any third party apps such is Litchi and DroneLink, the use of it is strictly limited to mapping and only mapping when it comes to repeated and large area commercial work.  A huge disappointment.
