I meant whoever built it could have named it better. Rather than just used High Knob, even if that is the name of the location. lol.

Of course, in today's vernacular:-  knob:  noun:  a stupid person
high: adjective: person under the influence of drugs
thus, stupid person under influence of drugs

What about 'Parasol look-out point' at location High Knob?
Roof covering resembles a 'parasol/umbrella.

The word knob can mean many different things. It’s all in context. I didn’t get to see the OP’s video or picture but I would imagine it didn’t have anything to do with someone being stupid or inebriated.
