I wondered if it will be possible to store offline maps on the RC controller.
Often when I go hiking, the mobile network is not great or doesn't work at all, so it would be nice to have the map of the area stored on the remote.
Without map, will the localization function of the drone work if it gets lost ?
Also without a map, how will the drone know if it is in a NFZ or not ?

I think that if you open the app and view the area that you want to go to on the map, it will save that area, that's what its always done, shouldn't be any different, perhaps an admin can help more...

The NFZ database is downloaded separately.   Usually if you view an area of map it gets cached.
