Hello all.

Just pulled out my spark(been in storage for a whilke) and the drone will not connect. Cycles through lights and then flashes yellow quickly. Does not look to be starting up correctly. Gimbal does not move. RC looks to be connected to my device(pixel 6) but never connects to the drone.(have cable connected)
Drone or RC will not connect to a computer to check or update the firmware. DJI Assistant does not see the devices.(two different computers)
Any tricks to try or ?.
Software works fine. Connects to mavic mini no problem.

Can you please try to uninstall the DJI Assistant 2 software that you are currently using and please install the version below. Uninstalled and reinstalled on two different computers. Same thing.
Drone turns on, no gimbal activity, looks normal and then the lights go to solid red, and
yellow lights that blink quickly. Used two different cables also.
Software never sees the device.

Also installed software on a macbook air. Still cannot see the drone, lights flashing quickly, yellow.
Anyway to reset the drone without a computer? to an original firmware?
Or has this drone turned into an expensive paper weight?
Three different computers and the same thing.

Please note that the DJI Assistant 2 software that you used for your DJI Mavic Mini is different from the DJI Assistant 2 for the spark.
