Hi, may we know if the second and third indicators are blinking or staying solid? It may be related to the weak signal that the DRTK-2 collected. The second indicator is the power indicator, please double confirm if it makes any changes when you change to another open area. Please let me know if the issue persists.

Hi Susan, when moving the antenna it flashes the yellow led and goes back to red again
