I am trying to update the remote for my Mavic Air 2.  DJI Assistant 2 sees the remote when I plug it into my computer.  However, when I click on it I get the following message: "Cannot Load Firmware List. Please Retry".  I keep retrying and keep getting the same message.  How do I fixt this please?

DJI Stephen, in your link, the DJI Assistant 2 for Mavic app is listed for both Windows and Mac. However, it states that it is not compatible with MacOS 11 or later. What are we to do about it when our new Mac's came with MacOS greater than that? Mine came wit MacOS 12 pre-installed so it's been over a year since MacOS 11 came out and 13 is right around the corner.
