Hi all. Totally new to DJI products, but just baught the new Mini3 Pro with the RC. The drone charged up in less than a couple of hours, but the RC will not charge more than 75% (or three flashing lights) even after 10_+ hours.  Should have been charged fully much sooner. I assume I have a bad charger. Any thoughts from anyone? Anyone else have thjis?

Hi, there. Sorry to hear about the issue you've encountered.
1. Check whether the DJI RC is activated, if not, please activate it before charging.
2. The activated DJI RC still cannot be charged, please check the connection method of charging (as shown in the figure), or replace the charger.z

Having the same problem, turned the drone on updated it and the rc bat went down to 2 lights. went to contact dji, shocked to find out supports only there Monday to Friday,
