I made my first videos with the Mini 3 today. I wanted to edit them right away via the DJI Fly app. Unfortunately, this does not work.

When I click on Create Video and want to insert the videos, the error message "transcoding failed" appears. When I want to transfer the videos from the App Album to my iPhone 11 to the Photo Album, the error "Export failed" appears.

The videos are recorded with h264 and 30 fps. Firmware of the remote control and drone are up to date.

I had the same issue. Called Dji , they said Apple devices don’t support H.264. So in camera settings I changed it to h.265 and it worked, I could download videos from the app to my phone

So im new to this s tuff. But having the same issue. Mind breaking down how to fix this step by step cause ive bene trying to export these 2 videos from italy for like a week now and nothing is working

1. Please clear the backend buffer and try again.
2. Uninstall/reinstall the app and try again.

I had the same issue. “Export failed” without any explanation. 什么鬼啊。有没有解决方式？
