Hi I have an Air 2 S and smart controller but the video feed doesn't seem that reliable it keeps freezing then comes back again. Switching to smooth rather than HD seems to help but not always.Anyone else find this?

May we please know if your DJI Air 2S and your DJI Smart Controller arte both on the latest firmware and may we also please know if you are receiving any error  message on the DJI Fly application when this is happening? Hi the drone and controller have up to date software and firmware. I use the smart controller as I need a client feed of video, I am using it for broadcast. I have reset the controller to factory settings and upgraded everything.
