What mean code 10028? It says that SD card speed low.. i have a new card in my drone!

Check to see if your SD card is on the compatibility list.  Needs to be high speed for 4K.  Here is the list from the Mavic Air 2 User Guide.

Netac 256gb A1 microSDXC and with the recent update it is giving me the same code now so something has changed recently.

my sd card is sandisk extreme 64 GB V30 A2, but there is still a slow SD card speed notification. I wonder why ?

It could be a fake card. Try formatting it in the drone. If that does not resolve the problem, buy a new SD card from a trusted source.
