After I had bought a DJI Phantom 4 Pro Plus; so excited with the built in screen, had it checked out by DJI before even purchasing it, sending in a diagnostic video as well as files. Etc. They gave me absolutely zero help and I was unable to claim it under DJI care; because they would sell me the DJI care; however it was "no longer supported in my country.".

NO way would I ever lock my drone into HAVING to operate on DJI's operating system. Its a horrifying nightmare.
