DJI Go App forgets Login data

I'm  using latest DJI GO App V 3.1.72 from dji.com for my Phantom 3 Standard. My phone is a Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro on Android 12.
The problem: Each time I'm starting DJI GO I've to

  • agree to the Terms of Use
  • set Permissions
  • Authorize DJI to acces my information
  • Login into my DJI account by entering e-mail adress and Password

So the app doesn't remember all this data by mistake. This is not only annoying but makes using the app impossible at outdoor locations without internet access. Maybe this problem just occurs on phones running Android 12 ?

For test reasons I also installed the DJI GO 4 App (V 4.3.46), this app remembers the data (but is of course not available to control my Phantom 3)

By the way, there another issue with the app: Clicking onto gear-wheel > Check for update opens Google Play store - where there's no updated Version for nearly 2 years ;-)

Kindly please try to uninstall an reinstall the DJI Go application ( https://www.dji.com/downloads/djiapp/dji-go-3 ) to see if the issue will still persist? In addition, please sync all of your flight records before uninstalling the DJI Go application on your mobile device for you not to loose your previous flight information. If the issue persist kindly please try using a different recommended mobile device for us to be able to isolate the said issue. Thank you.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the App - unfortunately no improvement.

I also installed it on another phone: Smasung Galaxy A3 (running Android 8), there it works - I just have to input the infos at the first start of the app.

I think it happens on my iPhone7, 15.5. I took it out today away from WiFi and couldn’t login. I was thinking, I have to login then go out to fly if there is no WiFi.
