I dont think the MIni 3 Pro records in HDR10.
As far as monitors go, any normal computer screen will do for Mini 3 editing.
HDR10 uses a colour profile of BT2020 which is HLG (Hyper Log Gamma ) and is not what the drone supports. Yes, you would need a specialised monitor for BT2020, but to be straight up, its a mini 3. Don't go overboard on hardware if you aren't delivering to a client who specifically wants certain specs. Your Mini 3 records in standard REC709 like 98.9999% of the worlds cameras do. 10bit only benefits you when you are colour grading. The data rate is only for very high end commercial applications and the normal day to day enthusiast does not require it. Hell, I have been filming for commercial work for well over 10 years with 8bit, never had an issue.
So if you own an Apple Mac, you can use Final Cut Pro X ( one off fee) or Adobe Premiere (ongoing monthly subscription) or iMovie (free with all Apple computers and tablets)
If you own a PC then Adobe Premiere (ongoing monthly subscription)
If you own an iPad then use Lumafusion (once off payment) or iMovie (free with all Apple computers and tablets)
For everyday, non commercial use, the average consumer wouldn't even notice what the benefits of 10bit are. Just edit your videos with whatever software you have that works and is economical to run. Unless you are filming for Netflix who are very particular on video spec, your drone footage will look beautiful as always and nobody will say less.
Just an addition, many people go crazy on producing an insanely graded video. Just understand what looks good on your monitor doesn't reflect on the millions of smartphone, tv, laptop, tablet screens that are going to be displaying your video. Each will be a different in contrast, brightness, colour, gamma, nits etc. Just take my advice, FLY, FILM and SHARE for the world to see. I guarantee nobody is going to look for whether you filmed in 10bit or not and if they do then they are not your target audience.
