Increased Home Point refresh rate. Is that the slow gps fix?

Wow, that’s a monster….

I'm trying to download it, but the transfer just stops, then resumes, then stops again. Seems like the servers are having a rough time at the moment.

Now THIS is the update we wanted.

No mention of GPS problem fix. Only bug fix. I will try this asap.

I managed to get to 37% before started that. Seems like a lot of people really want the update.

Update: The iOS app got the firmware fine.

No DJI RC support at this moment.

I kinda doubt it. I think i'd prefer the gps to be fixed first iv'e only flown mine maybe 2-4 times due to sloooow gps.

If everything is right this will boost M3 sales.

Maybe this will address ALL the issues we've been hearing about.

Wow this sounds like a great update, looking at the list of features. Thank you DJI!!!

It will of course take a day to test the GPS acquisition time because I fired up to do the update.  Now, have to turn off and let it get truly cold and try again tomorrow.  Hoping for the best!!!

Will make the drone preform smoother movements but likely slower .

No word for GPS fix means two things either they are NOT fixing it or They are Not admitting it's existence in a first-place

Wonder if anyone tested AirSense with new update in US. Unfortunately not able to test myself until eod today at best.

Do we need to update all the batteries?

Tried a cold start “inside” my house, got gps acquisition faster than mavic 2 pro does outside. I can’t speak for everyone, but my mavic 3 is complete. Best drone on the market in its price range.

GPS appears to be fixed. Hopefully, the same is true for your unit.

There is nothing writing about GPS because there is no improvement about it. Home Point has been updated in 2 min 11 sec. and with only 10 satellites.

Sorry but this is the truth.

There is no way to know this until tomorrow. Today everybody is updating the firmware and this process will kill the cold boot test.

I update it in my home, so no break for cold boot. Also if it would be better we can think it may break. But it is not even beter so seems no improvements sure.

I guess M3 is still not compatible with DJI RC Controller Plus?

It doesn’t take a full day to achieve a cold start, a couple hours works fine. That doesn't even make sense.

2 minutes indoors? Pretty good.

There is misunderstood. Indoor forever no sat.

I updated indoor with no sat. Take it out and open in clean weather, 2min 11sec. 10 sats only. So it is still so much slow...
