My drone randomly flew away from me once during a flight, and I reached out to DJI with no reply. This was more than a year ago, but I now want to ask again to see what can be done. I have the video from when it flew away and I tried finding it to no avail. What can I do, it's been a long time?

Try get a reply from DJI! Create a case with them! Follow up with the old case. Whatever method. Just try to talk to them. Main while you could upload your flight data to https://www.phantomhelp.com/logviewer/upload/ so people here can analyse for the cause of flyaway. You can use that info when you negotiate with DJI.

A little bit of research, timely questions/posts and posting the flight logs might be helpful to your case, waiting a year is not.

The time to take this up with DJI was back when it happened.
But now about all you can do is post your flight data and someone should be able to find what happened and give you an explanation.
You'll get a better explanation that DJI would give and much faster.

Go to http://www.phantomhelp.com/LogViewer/Upload/
It has instructions to find the .txt file from your phone or tablet which you can upload to that site
Upload it and it gives you a summary of the flight data.
Post a link to that summary.

Or just post the .txt file

I recieved a 30% discount when talking to them. Forgot about checking here tho
