I have a DJI M300 wanted to ask, if it is possible to kill the propellers without using the OSDK / Flight Controller (kill switch function).

I know that there is a CDC for that, but I was afraid that problems with the Flight Controller or OSDK will cause interruptions
so that the CDC will not be properly executed.

Or is the CDC a safe way to kill the motors mid-air in case of an emergency, in other words, the propellers will stop no matter what?
