You can contact our support team to start up a ticket at https://www.dji.com/support . Also, the warranty can be applied depending on the outcome of the damage assessment including the warranty period of your unit. Thank you for your kind and understanding.

My responsibility is and this is a good school for me, a lesson.
I will contact an authorized dealer and repairer for DJI products tomorrow, (because I don’t use credit cards, so I wouldn’t be able to pay DJI directly), so I will also ask them about the further procedure.
I have a DJI Care Refresh, and this will not be able to be covered by the warranty because it is my fault.
