Hello Everybody!

It's been 9 months since I used my Mavic air (bought the combo pack with 3 batteries in September 2019 - new).
he flew very little (about 5 hours) and he was always treated like a member of the family. 9 months ago I became a father, and since then the mavic has not flown. 9 month ago, i had recharged my 3 batteries before putting them back in their case.
Tomorrow, I finally have the opportunity to release the Mavic Air! This evening, I wanted to recharge the 3 batteries in the multislot but no battery responds. No matter how hard I click, no LED lights up. I tried to plug it into the drone to do an update, nothing happens plug directly into one shot charger, nothing...

However, the remote control works very well!

Do you have a trick to resurrect these 3 batteries or should I put them in the trash?! ( I know you have the solution
Sorry for my bad English, i'm from France, and no idea how Google has Trad my text

Thanks you very much!

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we're deeply sorry for the trouble that this has caused. Can you please try to leave the said batteries on the charger for approximately 3-4 (one by one) hours and check if there are any changes? Please keep us posted. Thank you.

Batteries need to be charged every 3 months to keep them healthy. It is likely you will need new batteries.

I hope the suggestion Dji Staphen helps but it does seem that you’ll need new batteries but on a side note congratulations on becoming a father!

Hello! Before you buy new batteries, look on YouTube to see how people charge Mavic Air batteries that are dead and won't charge normally.
For example, (the video is in Russian, but you can turn on subtitles).
There is hope that it will be possible to charge.
