Downward vision Sensor Error - out of the box

Just received a new drone as part of a warranty repair. Out of the box I'm getting a bunch of errors on its first connection. It difficult to believe they've sent me a dud bird.  Have I completely missed something during 1st connection or is this a return job?

To be honest, I think it's time to put an end to my DJI experience. It's been problematic from the day I received it. From bad batteries and Dodgey gimbals and service support.  

I'm going to request a full product refund as I can't bear to be jerked around anymore.
