The Phantom will continue following the waypoints without any input from you.  You cannot take control and circle around each waypoint.  The camera will always be pointing to the next waypoint.  Once it gets to the last waypoint, it will land.  The only control you will have is pointing the camera from horizontal to vertical, assuming you have a connection to the Phantom.

It means that The Phantom can fly follow all waypoints without transmitter?

Once you start, it will follow each waypoint without any control from you.

My question is

I am confused. I asked this question in https://www.facebook.com/DJIglobal but they told me that...
1) Your Phantom 2 Vision+ should return to where is took off. This is called "Return to Home"
2) Yes, the pilot must control the Phantom with the controller even with waypoints planned
