so when charging [same charger] the drone and the dji rcu i've noticed one difference
- DJI RC - when 100% all the diodes [the four ones that blink when charging] turns off
- DJI Mini 3 Pro drone - when 100% all the diodes keep to cycle untill disconnected from charger
I also note with the "DJI RC" the charging LED's flash at a very fast rate if you are using a USB PD (Power Delivery) charger and at a more normal rate if a standard USB adapter is used.

Need to buy Fly More combo with battery charger . That shuts off automatically and is better than charging in drone all the time...
Thought the LED's on the charging hub also stay on after the packs are fully charged, so doesn't settle the OP's original complain

They go off when done . Then have to press button to get status.

Hello there bxq. Thank you for reaching out and for giving out these information. I will forward these information to the designated DJI Department for attention. Thank you.

They do stay on, they just don't flash to show charging after the battery is full.
The mini3 and the mini3 charging hub are the newest products from dji and they're sharing this very same feature so I won't be too surprised if this is what we're going to see in future.
bxq - Just put a blindfold on before bed.
