Took the Mini 3 Pro out to the Millewa yesterday to see what i could film around some of the old brick ruins on the wheat farms.
The Millewa is in the far north west corner of Victoria, Australia near the South Australian Border. It is a wheat growing area with a few sheep.
Currently it is quite green as we've had some rain and the wheat is growing.
Bit windy and trying to drizzle, so not as much footage as i would have liked to edit
The last aerial view is of town called Werrimull, small population and the if there is to be a church service they have to get a priest from around 50kms away.
No shops, only a pub and a post office.
We managed to drive around 300kms searching and just enjoyng the country side and a sausage sizzle for lunch.
Hello there davidy61. Good day and thank you for posting this wonderful aerial video and this cool photo that you have filmed and captured using your DJI Mini 3 Pro. Great work and have a nice day. .
We would have been about 100km from where i live which is 600kms from a major city (Melbourne).
Rural Victoria in the raw.
It's nice out there in the winter, not so much in summer when the temperatures frequently get over 40c
Once summer comes i will get out that way again and film the dramatic change.
Not on a 40c day though as the mini is not rated to fy in that kid of temperature

40 degrees is a bit hot, to be sure. Never experienced in the UK, although late summer temperatures back in rural France occasionally reached 42 degrees in the afternoon. Only option then is to stay in the shade.

Our average summer temps are in the mid to high 30's peaking at times in the mid 40's for a few days in a row.
Inside, in the air con or outside in the pool. Not mini 3 flying during the middle or the day or even the evening when temps at sunset are still high 30's
Do everything outside before 9am

So am i.
Though right now it's winter and around 0 in the mornings, so a warm bed is a much nicer place than outside.
Sun's just coming up and it's 2 but feels like -.8 Brrrrr....
0 in the winter in the mornings, 40 in the summer. Bit of a swing.
