Attempting to check the repair progress of my DJI RC, and DJI's webpage has been broken for the
past 2 days : 'Unknown Network Error"
I have tried bothe Firefox and Chrome.

page works fine for me.  this pager has a slide-type button that you drag from left to right to verify, do you recall seeing it?  i just tried it and could see my details from a prior case.

Yep..pasted in my case number, and slid the slider to verify -> clicked Check Button
