I used my Air 2S and as usual turned it off and when I removed the battery two leds (led 1 and led 3 acording to user manual) turned on and stayed that way. Any ideas why?

Hi, there. Sorry for your inconvenience. Please try to update the firmware of the batteries separately by mounting them on the drone via DJI Assistant 2 to see if it works. Thank you.
