I just tried to updated my firmware on my mini 2 last night, it failed and when I went to bring it out it says not connected to RC. The camera comes on and I see it on my phone. I can’t do anything now. When I put a new battery in and test it it shows the 1st and 4th light, middle two don’t light up. When I turn on my drone it blinks red and still won’t connect. I don’t know what to do I’ve tried to do the firmware update on both my iPhone XR and my gf Galaxy s20 fe. Both fail the update. I had the drone out 2 days ago and now it’s unusable.

I got help from support, I had to use the program DJI assistant, then had to adjust a 0 to a 1 in the program files to be able to revert my firmware and basically start my download/installation again. It was a huge headache.
