If you bought the Mini 2 used the original owner will have to  unbind it from his account.  If the original owner does not know how to unbind there are several good videos on YouTube on how to do it.

The flight logs that are stored on the DJI cloud do contain low res images from the flight.  But without his account details he wouldn't be able to view them.   If you sync your DJI logs to airdata.com you'll see the low res shots.
