Hello, it is impossible to connect the GH5 via bluetooth, yet DJI says it is compatible with the GH5, will an update be coming? I bought it for that.... so back to the cable, but when I connect the Ronin with the USB-C cable, I get a message on the GH5 that tells me the lens is loose or the connectors are dirty.
Can you help me ?

I'm having the same issue with Bluetooth connectivity on the GH5. I've searched all over for an answer and can't find anything.

Same here! Bluetooth does not work with GH5 or GH6 on a Ronin RS3 Pro. The camera control cable (USB-C) only works on the GH5. Updated the firmware today and it still doesn't work as advertised.

This was a MAJOR reason I bought the RS3 Pro also and I'm so disappointed it doesn't work.

Hello, is there any update on this? I am having the same problem. Both my GH5 and GH6 can't connect to the DJI rs3. The screen gets stuck on "Enable Bluetooth on camera, View Camera Compatibility List on DJI Ronin app". Bluetooth is enabled, I tried both 'ON' and 'pairing' bluetooth modes. Connecting any of the mentioned cameras by USB C cable to the RSS input, doesn't change anything as well (even if I switch the usb mode to 'PC Tethering'). Please help me, I'm about to return the gimbal and go for ZHIYUN solution

I have the same issues with my GH5. Works cabled in but doesn't discover on Bluetooth.

Hi, same problem here, rs3 pro and gh5s without posibility of connectivity via bluetooth, is  very problematic this situations because all of us buy this new gimbals for many good reasons, one is the posibility of connection without cables. Please DJI resolve this issue whe need it, and you promese this on every advertising promo. Thanks.
