I use a DJI Osmo 4 with an iPhone 11 Pro Max. Admittedly a heavy and bulky phone for a gimbal, but within the suggested weight limit.
My problem is that I bought a Boya WM4 transmitter for iPhone to use for wireless microphones. The device attaches through the lightning port and extends the phone about 1- 1,5 cm.
This causes either balance problems for the gimbal if I adjust the attachment magnet higher up on the phone, and it causes the transmitter to snag on the gimbal if the phone is filming in portrait and centered properly. I have tried a flexible lightning-to-3,5 jack adapter to use with a different Boya WM4 Transmitter, but anything that sticks out of the lightning port gets caught on the gimbal base.
Either way, I cannot successfully calibrate. Is there a workaround?
