Airdata UAV-how to?

I have DJI Mini 3 PRO with RC Controller, how/from where I download flight logs to upload to airdata site, I installed DJI Assistant 2 and downloaded from drone two big DATA files, uploaded this to airdata and nothing happened (I don't even know if these are good files/flight log files). I know I can use DJI FLY sync to make this happened, but I don't want too, I want manual control over files, I want to know where those files are, I want to learn something. (in addition, my profile in DJI FLY shows only 7 flights, so far I have made many more)

Any step-by-step guide for newbie? I've seen a million videos on how to make beautiful shots, every content creator makes the same videos about the same thing a hundred times each, but no one has come up with technical tutorials for beginners to stop being beginners.
